The first conversation is short and simple. We ask what is going on, what you have tried before, and what you need right now. If you are calling about someone else, that is fine too. Many of our calls come from parents, partners, and adult children who are not sure how to help. There is no script and no pressure to enroll.

If outpatient treatment looks like a fit, we schedule a free assessment with a licensed clinician who recommends a level of care: Partial Hospitalization, Intensive Outpatient, or Medication-Assisted Treatment. We verify your insurance benefits first and tell you in plain language what your plan covers before you commit to anything. If we are not the right program for you, we will say so and point you somewhere that is.

Our office is at 605 Broadway, Unit 3A, Saugus, MA 01906, minutes from Lynn, Revere, Malden, Melrose, and the rest of the North Shore. Services are available in English and Spanish. If you are in immediate danger or experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
